The TakeAIM app is supplied with a number of pre-installed checklists for some of our most popular equipment types and you can see what is included on each checklist within this demo area by watching the relevant video(s) below.

Each step of an inspection is time-stamped – this is to help ensure that inspections are completed thoroughly and to identify anyone guilty of simply ticking boxes – this provides management with peace of mind that operatives are carrying out their checks with due diligence and maximises the likelihood of minor faults being spotted before they develop into something more serious/costly. If a fault is identified the inspector has the option to add a photo and notes to further emphasise the concern. Once an inspection is completed, it is stored on your company dashboard – giving management an email notification if a fault has been identified and allowing them instant access and visibility of the completed checklist – allowing them to make a speedy decision based on the evidence provided and minimising down-time in the process.
